David Hilton, Ph. D.
David M. Hilton, Ph.D., is the owner and founder of D. Hilton Associates, the largest management consulting firm serving credit unions exclusively. He is recognized as one of the credit union industry's foremost business strategists and innovators. A much sought-after speaker on the credit union conference circuit, Hilton started DHA in 1985 with the basic premise that all credit unions, regardless of size, deserved access to independent, project-based and outsourced professional support services. Named one of the nation's fastest growing privately held companies after only five years by Inc. Magazine, the firm now employs compensation, marketing, operational and technical professionals and serves more than 70% of the nation's billion dollar credit unions. Hilton's prior work experience includes serving as CEO and Chief Operations Officer for large credit unions located in New York and New Jersey. David Hilton received a B.A. in accounting from City University of New York, an M.B.A. from New York Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. in organizational management from Walden University, Minneapolis.
